Privacy policy

This policy explains what Lanivomt does with your personal data. The data controller is Justin Azzopardi, Bellevue, Triq il-Merkanti, Ghajnsielem GSM 1951, Gozo, Malta, contactable at justinazzopardi21@gmail.com.

What we collect. When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address, phone number and the details of what you ordered. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us. When you browse the site we collect device and usage data through cookies.

Why we collect it. To process and deliver your order, to contact you about that order, and to meet our legal obligations such as keeping accounting records. If you agree to it, we also use your email address to send you offers, and you can withdraw that agreement at any time using the unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with. Shopify, which hosts the store; our delivery partner; our payment provider; and our email provider. Each of these processes data on our instructions.

We also share data with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, which we use for advertising and to measure whether our ads work. This only happens if you accept cookies on this site, and it covers the pages you viewed and what you bought, together with your email address and phone number in a scrambled form that cannot be read directly. You can stop this at any time by changing your cookie choices at the bottom of any page. We do not sell your data to anyone.

How long we keep it. Order records are kept for the period Maltese tax law requires. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it for marketing. Email justinazzopardi21@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.
