Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Lanivomt, operated by Justin Azzopardi, Bellevue, Triq il-Merkanti, Ghajnsielem GSM 1951, Gozo, Malta.

Placing an order. Adding an item to your cart and paying is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil your order we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices. All prices are in euro. Where VAT applies it is included in the price shown. We may change prices at any time, but not after you have placed an order.

Product descriptions and images. We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours may appear differently on different screens, and packaging may vary.

Age. You must be at least eighteen to place an order.

Liability. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the Maltese courts have jurisdiction.
