Refund policy

Under EU consumer law you have fourteen days from the day you receive your order to cancel it, without giving a reason. Lanivomt extends this to thirty days.

To cancel, email justinazzopardi21@gmail.com with your order number. Return the item, unused and in its original packaging, to Bellevue, Triq il-Merkanti, Ghajnsielem GSM 1951, Gozo, within fourteen days of telling us.

Once we receive the item we refund the full amount you paid, including the original delivery charge, within fourteen days. The refund goes back to the payment method you used.

You pay the cost of returning the item unless it arrived faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered. In those cases we cover the return and either replace it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

Your legal rights in respect of faulty goods are not affected by this policy.
